My role within PsyPAG is in the representation of postgrads in all issues related to mathematics, statistics and computing. 
This primarily involves meeting with the BPS section and communicating back to PsyPAG.
The Mathematics, Statistics and Computing Section is free to join for any BPS member, and you can find the website here. They also have an up to date blog that publishes news, prizes and all sorts here.
I apply all aspects of this section in my everyday research through a computational modelling approach to investigating human sequence learning. During my time as elected Section Representative I intend to organise some workshops and wish to increase awareness of methods and applications of mathematics, statistics and computing within psychology.
