Emma Davies
Hello! My name is Emma Davies and I am in the second year of a PhD at Oxford Brookes University which is being jointly funded by Alcohol Research UK and Brookes.
My PhD project aims to design and test a theory based intervention to reduce alcohol misuse in under 18s.
I completed my undergraduate degree in Psychology at the University of Southampton in 2001 and a Masters from the Open University in 2008.
Prior to commencing my PhD I was a full time psychology demonstrator for three years teaching on research methods and statistics modules.
I am Associate Lecturer with the Open University and I currently teach on psychology and social science modules.
I am looking forward to representing psypag members within the Division of Teachers and Researchers and I would welcome contact from anyone who would like to get in touch on edavies@brookes.ac.uk.
